With more than 15 years operating in and around engineering-led organisations, we saw a consistent issue with senior hiring: too much noise, too little clarity.

OLIVER. Talent was established to take a more considered approach. Not volume recruitment, not generic search - but whole-of-market engagement, informed decisions, and clear thinking when the hire carries consequence.

The business was built to support commercial and leadership appointments where performance expectations are high and the cost of getting it wrong is real.
